The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads and developing potential business opportunities within the advertising, marketing, and consulting spaces. This is a dynamic, results-driven role focused on building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities that drive growth and exceed revenue targets.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Market Research: Lead in-depth market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to refine the business development strategy.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize various tools (LinkedIn, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.) to generate and qualify outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media).
- Outreach & Engagement: Conduct high-volume cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach to engage prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with senior-level executives and introduce them to the value of our services.
- Meeting Setting: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set meetings/schedule calls for the sales team.
- Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics (outreach efforts, qualification, meetings set) and continuously refine your approach.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target new prospects, and develop strategies for outreach.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in consultative sales roles and business development, specifically delivering contract values of $1M to $5M+.
- Communication/Presentation: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to engage senior-level executives by crafting an impactful 'story.'
- Proven Track Record: A history of success in business development and sales within the consulting or similar professional services environment.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker (understanding client triggers) and analytical mindset (business and financial acumen for impact assessment and forecasting).
- Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
- Skills: Proficient in using CRM software (ideally HubSpot) and other relevant business development tools.
