We are a U.S.-based company specializing in security solutions and supplies for warehouses and storage facilities, serving clients across the United States.

We're looking for a Sales Representative with proven experience in outbound B2B phone sales and a strong command of English to join our growing remote sales team.

The main responsibility of this role is to sell security products (padlocks and accessories) to storage companies in the U.S. through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to storage and warehouse companies.
  • Present and sell products tailored to each client's needs.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Record all interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B phone sales or telemarketing.
  • Advanced English level (minimum C1) – both spoken and written.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven professional.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (preferred).
  • Strong customer service mindset and positive sales attitude.

We Offer:

  • Base salary: between $3,000,000 and $3,500,000 COP.
  • Performance-based bonuses and commissions. (Net income up to $5,000,000)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday – Full-time (40 hours per week).
