ComAp Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our growing team in the LATAM region. This position is based in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, with a hybrid work arrangement.

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. Your main aim will be to maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service delivery. You will be working closely with customers throughout the LATAM region to understand their needs, process orders efficiently, and collaborate with our field sales team and cross-functional partners to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the company's sales strategy by managing customer transactions, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, providing technical product information, and identifying opportunities for our field sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

This position is hybrid, with a combination of remote work and office presence in Medellín. Minimal travel may be required.

The role requires candidates to be bilingual in Spanish and English. Candidates are requested to submit resumes in English for consideration.

Your daily work will include the following:

  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes and returns
  • Maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates
  • Enter and maintain customer orders within the Inventory Management System including order fulfillment dates that comply with production schedule
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular/special prices; forward resolution to managers
  • Following a sale, contact customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate field sales staff for further development and closure
  • Maintain and order sales literature and promotional material
  • Complete administrative updates for the CRM
  • Provide support for the advertising and marketing function of the company
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional partners (services, marketing, production, etc.) to ensure responsiveness to customer requests
  • Administer sales activities tracking systems
  • Manage account payables
  • Support the Area Sales Representative team with customer inquiries and administrative tasks

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in inside sales or customer service in a technical industry
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English - Required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and order management software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with ability to collaborate across departments and time zones
