**About Safety Clerk**
Safety Clerk is a fast-growing, data-driven risk management solution in the construction tech world. Our software simplifies safety management for construction companies, helping them stay compliant and improve worker safety through real-time data and insights. With a small, dedicated team of 10, we pride ourselves on offering white-glove service to our clients and are looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our team to support client onboarding, engagement, and support.
**Job Overview**
As a Customer Success Agent, you are the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are successfully onboarded, engaged, and achieving their goals with Safety Clerk. Your focus will be on leading clients through a seamless onboarding process, responding to customer support tickets, building strong relationships, and maintaining proactive communication to support their ongoing success. You’ll play a key role in driving client satisfaction and retention, acting as an advocate for their needs and ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.
**Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding**:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide tailored guidance to ensure clients understand the platform and complete required steps efficiently.
- Communicate proactively with clients to address any delays or challenges.
**Customer Support**:
- Respond to client support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams as needed.
**Client Engagement and Support**:
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and provide updates.
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, updates, and account management needs.
- Identify opportunities for clients to deepen their use of Safety Clerk.
**Process Ownership and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot, tracking onboarding progress and client interactions.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to continuously refine processes and improve the client experience.
- Track key metrics such as time-to-onboarding completion and engagement rates.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent English is required
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a strong plus.
- Background in construction or compliance technology is a bonus but not required.
**Job Details**
- Pay: $8 USD per hour
- Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
- Location: Remote
