Now we’re looking for a Medellín-based **Office Manager**to become the right hand to our visionary CEO—and the operational heartbeat of our growing team.

But let’s be clear:
This isn’t an “assistant” role in the traditional sense.
You’re not here to fetch coffee or wait for instructions.
You’re here to _run show_, keep our CEO focused, and turn chaos into clarity.

**Who You’re Working With**

Our founder is a visionary. That means his head is in the clouds, he’s brilliant at strategy, but not the mostdetail-oriented human.

His inbox? A war zone.
His calendar? Either packed to the brim or totally empty.
His ideas? Fast, frequent, and occasionally overwhelming.

Your job is to **bring order to the storm**.
You’ll tell him when he’s off-task.
You’ll capture ideas _before they vanish_.
You’ll make sure that the genius doesn’t stay locked in his head—but turns into execution, systems, and real-world results.

**What You’ll Actually Do** Executive & Life Management
- Own the calendar with ruthless precision
- Book hotels, flights, and meetings that actually make sense (unlike the wrong-year bookings he’s done before)
- Handle personal and professional admin so the CEO can stay in “flow state”

Project Management & Operational Support
- Translate verbal chaos into mapped-out plans
- Build timelines and follow up with department heads
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, coaching, events, and tech
- Manage internal SOPs and make sure everyone is clear on what’s next
- Track KPIs and help the CEO actually hold the team accountable

Systems, Tools & Creative Admin
- Run Slack, Monday, Google Drive like a boss
- Use Canva to clean up slides or documents
- Bonus if you can help with PR, podcast pitching, or building internal automations

**You have a creative eye + sniper detail**—everything from formatting to dashboards gets done right.
**You act like a founder, lead from behind, and get it done**—with heart, humor, and extreme ownership.
