We are not a high-volume agency. We prioritize focus, quality, and long-term client partnerships over scale for scale's sake. Demand is not our constraint — execution quality is.

The Role

We are hiring a
Client Operations & Delivery Lead
to own client delivery, operational execution, and quality control across our client portfolio.

This is a
senior, client-facing role
responsible for ensuring that campaigns, creative, tracking, reporting, and timelines are executed at a consistently high standard. While this role does not require day-to-day media buying, it
does
require a strong understanding of performance marketing workflows and the judgment to know what "good" looks like.

This is not an entry-level role and not a traditional project manager position.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Slack and email
  • Participate in and support live client meetings with US-based stakeholders
  • Manage ongoing communication, priorities, and follow-ups
  • Translate strategy into clear, executable delivery plans

Operations & Delivery Management

  • Own task creation, prioritization, and delivery in ClickUp
  • Plan and manage campaign launches, refreshes, and ongoing initiatives
  • Coordinate work across copy, design, forms, landing pages, audiences, and tracking
  • Balance proactive planning with ad hoc client requests

Quality Control & Execution Oversight

  • Review client-facing deliverables including copy, creative, campaign plans, and reports
  • Provide clear feedback and request revisions when needed
  • Identify and flag risks related to messaging, tracking, pacing, or execution quality
  • Ensure work meets Catalyst's standards before it reaches the client

Marketing & Technical Fluency

  • Create, test, and connect forms and workflows in HubSpot
  • QA conversion tracking for new pages or campaigns
  • Maintain and update reporting dashboards (Whatagraph)
  • Work across Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Notion

    responsible for sales or revenue quotas
  • This role does

    require daily execution in ad platforms
  • This role is
    not
    a junior project management position
  • It is a role for someone comfortable owning outcomes, managing complexity, and working directly with clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency, SaaS company, or consultancy
  • Experience supporting US-based clients
  • Strong understanding of paid media workflows (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients or complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience helping scale an agency or services business is a strong plus
  • Near-native English fluency (written and spoken)
