**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** **TYPE OF CONTRACT**:Permanent **LOCATION**:Poblado (Medellín, Colombia) **SCHEDULE**:Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Onsite **DESCRIPTION**: Are you passionate about delivering operational excellence while building strong client relationships? ttg Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced and bilingual Operations & Account Manager to lead strategic client accounts and optimize service delivery across our recruitment operations. This is a key leadership role requiring a high level of autonomy, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of ownership. You'll serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, driving initiatives that align with key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and continuous process improvement goals. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience leading operations and managing accounts in B2B service environments, ideally within multicultural teams. - Proficient in English (B2-C1) with the ability to engage professionally with U.S.based clients. - Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms. - Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on KPI tracking and problem-solving. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - **Account Management**: Lead and oversee the execution of services for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded. - **Process Coordination**: - **Client Engagement & Reporting**: Facilitate strategic meetings and generate actionable insights through reporting tools that inform clients of progress and drive decision-making. - **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as a communication hub between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment, clarity, and collaboration on deliverables. - **Sales Team Collaboration**: Support commercial objectives by partnering with the sales team to streamline recruitment initiatives and strengthen client relationships. - **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvement efforts as assigned by management. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees**.** - At ttg, "We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time," ttg OPT._ IND1
