**Operation Specialist Jr**

**Bilingual - Onsite Position**

**Position Overview**:.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Auditing**: Review and analyze freight invoices for truckload and LTL shipments to ensure all charges are accurate and consistent with agreed-upon rates and services.
- **Operational Audit**: Monitor and audit live shipment data to ensure operational compliance and accuracy in service delivery.
- **Financial Reconciliation**: Reconcile shipment data with financial records to identify and resolve any discrepancies in billing and charges.
- **Reporting**: Generate detailed audit reports and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any audit findings.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all audits are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in freight auditing, logistics, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools. Familiarity with freight management systems and Excel is essential.
- **Knowledge**: Not as important. Be open minded, coachable, and naturally curious

**Computer skills required**:

- Google Docs & Sheets
- Slack
- Dialpad or VoIP phone system experience
- HubSpot (or similar CRM experience)
