**Type: Hybrid - Monday to Friday (3 days on-site 2 days remote)**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday**
**Contract Type: Permanent**
**Pay Rate: Competitive and based on experience**

**DESCRIPTION**:
Operations Specialist of Corporate Groups will be responsible for handling all the processes established in the area, readiness for the requested tasks, and excellent proactivity since it is a multifunctional position in the assigned tasks. Problem-solving, team integration, ability to work under pressure and priorities.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Group Eligibility (additions, cancellations, and modifications)
- Creating new Groups in the system
- Application of Payments, credits and claims in the system
- Generate the Welcome Kits of the Groups
- Renewal of Groups in the system
- Account reconciliation with Finance
- Information Analysis and Operational Management
- Group Billing.
- Refund Management
- Creation of operational reports referring to the area issues, or solve service-related concerns.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Excellent analytical capability.
- Excellent communication.
- Rapid adaptation to changes.
- Advanced English (Written and Oral).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Associate's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in finance, management, commerce, or related.
- Experience in the insurance and Customer Service industry

**Necessary Knowledge**:

- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.**
