Four Tiers Contracting is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle key administrative responsibilities across our growing team. You'll support our field crews remotely by coordinating daily job site assignments, tracking hours and reports, and ensuring smooth internal communication between team members.

We're a general contracting company based in Greater Seattle with a unique mission: helping young adults aging out of foster care build lasting careers in the trades. Join a purpose-driven team where your work has a direct impact on the lives of our crew members.

**What You'll Do**
- Assign job site locations daily to field staff and communicate those clearly via text/call
- Collect and log daily reports from crew (hours worked, basic duties, spending)
- Track and organize labor hours for accurate invoicing to clients
- Maintain spreadsheets, forms, and internal records
- Field and route internal calls between staff members
- Support company founders with special tasks or updates

**What We're Looking For**
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and messaging apps
- Comfortable handling routine tasks and managing follow-up independently
- Available for full-time work during Pacific Time business hours
- Professional and trustworthy with confidential information

**Compensation & Benefits**
- $8$10/hour depending on experience
