As a Property Service Manager, you’ll be the interface with the banks Senior Management and our 3rd party service providers, driving delivery of service and managing risks, building on relationships with all parties to ensure operational performance in line with contractual commitments. If you’re a great problem solver and love connecting with people, this could be the role for you.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team at the heart of looking after the banks properties which is crucial in keeping the bank operational. You will work across facilities management, waste, catering, cleaning & front of house services. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a range of services that we provide.

You’ll have oversight of the data and manage MI to provide budget analysis, validation of supplier responses, calculate the savings achieved through operational changes whilst ensuring a smooth transition of our strategic objectives into everyday delivery of facilities management operations.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Leading service delivery across our 3rd party management activities, providing robust operational performance MI across each service stream
- Driving operational excellence and supporting continual improvements through change in line with client expectations
- Assessing any impact of service change on people, property, processes, and technology
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the Bank and 3rd party suppliers to develop projects, from evolution through to implementation
- Relationship building with banking senior leaders and 3rd party suppliers, utilising data and MI to explain operations and any associated risks
- Management of 3rd party relationships across varying property related service streams
- Reporting and analysing financial budgets, agreed strategic objectives and cost challenge initiatives

**What you’ll bring.**
- Experience in Programme & Service delivery Management, including operational management of 3rd parties
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels, providing understanding, evaluating, and tracking of performance related data and MI

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience of managing and communicating with teams
- Some knowledge of property management and associated fixtures and plant
- Experience of working across multiple business areas
- Experience of procurement and tendering processes

**What else you need to know.**

This permanent position is based in Milton Keynes. There will also be some requirement to travel based on project demand.
