As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning, Assurance, Governance and Risk, working at the centre of our strategic digital objectives, delivering a customer experience which is second to none, in parallel to supporting our objective to be a responsible bank and invest in our people.

The role will manage the delivery of Digital projects including management of project funding, risk and governance to support the ongoing development of our Digital Programme and Platforms

**The difference you will make.**
- Contributing to and facilitate, projects to deliver to scope, plan, budget, and outcomes, working with the project team to identify, mitigate and manage activities, risks and dependencies both within and outside the Digital team
- Managing multiple project budgets through effective forecasting and financial control of spend and resources to ensure that the best value for money can be achieved across the bank, including use of Excel, Planview and Wave software
- Managing projects/assignments to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal governance requirements to support our competitive position and shareholder value
- Working closely with all parts of the business ensuring the Digital Strategy is delivered efficiently and effectively in alignment to our strategic objectives and planned cost/benefit outcomes

**What you will bring.**
- Experience in delivering complex projects and multiple workstreams
- Experience managing projects through both waterfall and Agile methodologies

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in managing and forecasting of budgets and resource using Planview and Wave

**What else you need to know.**

This role is a full-time permanent position.

This role is a hybrid position with 2-3 days working from our office in Milton Keynes and the rest of the week working from home
