Sobre el Rol
El Especialista en Servicio al Cliente y Onboarding se encargará de registro de nuevos proveedores, canales y clientes, así como la elaboración de contratos y trámites con el representante legal. Además, el especialista supervisará el proceso de onboarding de clientes desde la presentación de la solicitud hasta la creación de la cuenta a través de múltiples sistemas ERP en las Américas, involucrando a diferentes grupos, personas y formularios.
Qué vas a hacer
- Registro de proveedores, canales y clientes nuevos.
- Mantenimiento de registros y contratos actualizados.
- Supervisión del proceso de onboarding de clientes, desde la presentación de la solicitud hasta el envío de la carta de bienvenida.
- Realización de evaluaciones de datos, entrada de datos y creación de tareas definidas y accionables para guiar las aplicaciones hasta su finalización.
- Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente a través de la investigación, mantenimiento, resolución de problemas y/o resolución de consultas.
- Identificación de problemas de raíz y propuesta de soluciones para preocupaciones de los clientes y problemas relacionados con el proceso.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en días festivos (se ofrece un día compensatorio, dependiendo de la operación).
- Participación en el manejo de licitaciones.
- Contribuir con ideas para optimizar el proceso de onboarding y capacitación.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Habilidades y destrezas:
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para reconocer y atender detalles importantes con precisión y eficiencia.
- Dominio del inglés - preferido .
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office.
- Capacidad para ejecutar instrucciones y solicitar aclaraciones cuando sea necesario.
- Habilidades sólidas de entrada de datos.
- Capacidad para comunicarse claramente y transmitir la información necesaria.
- Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con niveles superiores de gestión (gerentes y superiores).
- Habilidades sólidas de organización y gestión del tiempo, impulsando las tareas hasta su finalización.
- Capacidad para adaptarse fácilmente a los cambios según sea necesario.
- Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad de la información sensible.
- Capacidad para aprender/adaptarse rápidamente a nuevos sistemas y tecnologías.
- Capacidad para usar sistemas y aplicaciones informáticas relevantes a un nivel intermedio.
Experiencia:
- Experiencia de 0 a 1 año en un rol similar.
Educación y certificaciones:
- Graduado de secundaria - requerido .
- Carrera administrativa, técnico o tecnólogo.
Condiciones laborales:
- Entorno profesional, modelo de trabajo híbrido.
- Horario de trabajo ocasional no estándar u horas extras según lo requiera el negocio.
