The Operations Supervisor will be required to work On‑Site in Bogotá City. Job Summary The Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations, resolves escalations, manages employee requests, and supports supervisors and team leads. The role is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with QA and WFA, preparing reports, supporting client visits, ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining transparency in billing, and promoting continuous improvement through proactive communication and operational oversight. Responsibilities Ensure a positive client experience and handle at least 75% of operational escalations. Process and follow up on employee requests such as leaves, medical licenses, vacations, EDD, and salary inquiries. Maintain strong communication and relationships with staff and clients. Fully understand account details, including business model, staffing, POCs, KPIs, and performance metrics. Oversee client operational requests (hiring processes, operational changes, conflict resolution). Report weekly updates to the Division Director, including account status and improvement opportunities. Provide candidate feedback according to interview protocol and set expectations for new employees. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with company policies. Report additional client charges on time according to the payroll calendar to ensure accurate billing. Education and Experience Technical or professional degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. 1–2 years of leadership experience may also qualify.
