 Full-Time, US Hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

Salary:
 $1,500/month + performance bonuses and growth opportunities

We are a fast-growing company that owns multiple brands in the health, beauty, wellness, and skincare space—including MegaPlants and SAFA Body. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across manufacturing, logistics, production coordination, project management, and multi-department workflows.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage several projects, product lines and processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operational workflows for multiple brands, ensuring smooth execution across manufacturing, production, logistics, and internal teams
  • Coordinate production timelines, purchase orders, shipment tracking, inventory movement, and warehousing
  • Manage supplier relationships
    , including occasional sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturers, and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times
  • Maintain product specifications, quality control processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Supervise logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery planning
  • Develop, refine, and implement efficient SOPs and operational systems to streamline company processes
  • Support new product development—sample coordination, cost breakdowns, feasibility checks, and production planning
  • Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing (emails, campaigns, social media scheduling), Amazon operations and product research, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution
  • Manage retail submissions, coordinate with customer support teams, handle collaborations, explore new opportunities, and support investment-related initiatives
  • Prepare operational updates, reports, and dashboards for management

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or sourcing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in work approach
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using project management tools
  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, wellness, supplements, or food preferred
  • Must be able to work US hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–3 years of experience
  • Mid-career level with strong initiative and accountability
  • Capable of working independently while managing several responsibilities across brands
