Operations Manager Job Title: Operations Manager – Colombia & Peru Department: Operations Salary Range: COP 15,000,000 Position Type: Hybrid Reports to: Country Manager About the Role: The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence across all areas of the business in Colombia and Peru. This role is responsible for ensuring that the necessary resources and procedures are in place to support the company’s strategy and ensure smooth business operations in both markets. You will coordinate multiple departments across both countries, ensuring they have the required personnel and development plans to operate effectively, providing guidance and coaching where needed. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholders in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a strong leader who can implement processes and efficiencies to optimize business operations and contribute to long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of Operations LatAm and Country Managers for Colombia and Peru to set strategic goals and execute aligned operational activities. Oversee the day-to-day business operations in both Colombia and Peru, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Evaluate and improve business procedures in both markets to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and refine customer support processes to ensure high customer satisfaction in both countries. Develop and implement company policies, ensuring proper execution across Colombia and Peru. Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors in both markets. Analyze business performance using data and metrics from Colombia and Peru, providing regular feedback to the organization. Ensure compliance with Colombian and Peruvian regulatory and legal requirements. Support business expansion efforts and operational scaling in both markets. Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them in both countries. Desired Skillset: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of Colombian and Peruvian legal and regulatory requirements. In-depth understanding of business functions, operations, and principles. Experience with data analysis, performance evaluation, and operational metrics. Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite applications.
