Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field About the Role Join our Special Forces team and play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring internal and external consulting projects. As a Project Coordinator , you’ll ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders, timely delivery of milestones, and adherence to our dynamic methodology that combines consulting, execution, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation ✅ Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items ✅ Serve as liaison between internal teams, external clients, and implementation specialists ✅ Collect and analyze project data for KPI dashboards ✅ Prepare weekly and monthly status reports ✅ Identify process gaps and propose enhancements ✅ Use tools like Jira, Trello, Asana for task tracking and Power BI/Tableau for reporting Qualifications ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field ✔ 2+ years of experience in project coordination (preferably in BPO or consulting) ✔ Certification in Agile or Lean Six Sigma (preferred) Skills & Mindset Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies Tech-savvy with project management and analytics tools Ready to lead impactful projects?
