VIP Medical Group, one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management is looking for Scheduling Coordinators to join our team We specialize in pain management and vascular procedures. Position Summary:
VIP Medical Group, a leader in vein disease and pain management, is hiring Scheduling Coordinators to join our compassionate and goal-driven team. The role involves coordinating patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication with both patients and staff. We're looking for candidates with strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and fluency in English. Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Sheets is a plus. What You'll Do
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and procedures, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources and provider and patient availability.
- Patient Communication: Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide necessary information, and answer any appointment-related queries.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Coordination: Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other administrative staff to ensure seamless patient scheduling.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, patient concerns, and other related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Ensure all scheduling and patient communication is documented accurately in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support: Approach patients with kindness, patience, and professionalism.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Proven work experience as CSR, support agent, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software & Google Suite (GSheets in particular).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication and a goal-driven attitude.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Advanced to native proficiency in English (written, spoken, comprehension)
