VIP Medical Group, one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management is looking for  Patient Coordinators to join our team We specialize in pain management and vascular procedures. Our main goal is to always provide the best level of care and compassion to individuals who are being treated.

Position Summary:

As​​ ​​​​​​​Patient Coordinator​​​​​​​s, you'll be responsible for scheduling appropriate appointments by providing excellent care, collaborating effectively with all departments, and cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, compassion, respect, empathy, and optimism while you continue to internalize information to become a full-rounded PC. Start Date is January 9th, 2026.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinating and scheduling new patient appointments for multiple providers using a computerized scheduling system.
  • Importing and managing new patient packets from the website and overseeing any problems that may occur while importing.
  • Obtaining necessary medical record information from referring providers to complete the new patient process.
  • Electronically assigning documents such as orders, operation notes, consents, outside records, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems within the electronic medical record (EMR) chart.
  • Registering new patients by completing the website packet.
  • Documenting work processes as required.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader/managers.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong spoken and written English level (C1 or better)
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Experience as a new patient coordinator is preferred.
  • Basic typing and keyboarding skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
