**About The Role**:
The **Oral Care Team Supervisor (Medellín)** is responsible for leading field forces, training and supervision of the OCCs detailing team assigned for CAM according to the Professional Marketing strategy oriented to strengthen Colgate's brand equity among Dentists. Works in coordination and alignment with the Regional Professional Oral Care Program Coordinator in order to achieve goals with the profession, academics, dental distributors and pharmacies at all levels of influence with experience and understanding of all the work of the OCC 's team: Detailing, Visit Materials, Presentations, Databases, Reporting, In-depth analysis of reports, recommendation follow up through discount coupons (where applicable). Is a key player to consistently identify and engage new business opportunities.
**What you will do**:
- Define action plans aligned with regional key strategies for all professional oral care and digital transformation initiatives including CRM,1PD acquisition, evolution of sites and other.
- Lead and supervise monthly KPIs and coordinate key analytics related initiatives :IQVIA,Market share,Close Up reports for therapeutic products related to recommendation, prescription and sells in professional, pharmacy channel. (according to territories assigned).
- Complies with all policies and standards
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Pharmacy, Marketing, Dentistry or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as detailing or Professional visits.
- At least 1 year of additional experience leading marketing, sales and/or professionals projects, dental or pharmacy plan
- Proficiency on English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and business presentation skills.
- Results oriented.
- Willing to expand analytics skills and learning.
- MS office/Google platforms and apps.
- Active driver's license
**Travel Required**:
- Availability to travel at least 50% of the time
