Role Description: The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely generation of transactions and invoices in the billing system. This key role ensures that all invoices are issued in accordance with company policies and procedures, and addresses any discrepancies related to billing. Key Responsibilities: Generate and issue invoices to customers in the system. Verify the accuracy of billing information and correct any errors. Process financial transactions related to invoicing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and invoices. Communicate with other departments to ensure proper application of rates and policies. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries. Collaborate on continuous improvement of billing processes. Comply with all applicable regulations and standards related to billing and financial transactions. Required Skills: Effective verbal and listening communication skills. Advanced English level (conversational and written). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures. Professionalism.
