Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as an Operations Manager is based in Bogotá, D.C., with a mix of on-site and remote work. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency in processes, coordinate resources, and manage teams to meet organizational goals. This role also involves analyzing operations metrics, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate diverse teams.
  • Expertise in operations management, process optimization, and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and decision-making based on analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to adapt in hybrid working environments, combining in-office and remote work responsibilities.
