You will drive growth in LATAM tech sales, building your pipeline to become a full-cycle Account Executive. Compensation: USD 1K - 1.1K/month + Bonuses (up to 30% of base compensation) Location: Remote (anywhere) Mission of Manage Your Trip: “Our mission is to empower tour operators and travel agencies with an intuitive, all-in-one platform that simplifies travel operations, increases efficiency, and enables scalable, high-quality travel experiences.” What makes you a strong candidate: You are an expert in SaaS sales. You have +5 years experience in B2B sales. Spanish - Fully fluent English - Fully fluent Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including SDR and BDR roles. Proven experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling. Native Spanish for the LATAM market, with good English for internal communication. Experience selling B2B tech or SaaS solutions. Comfortable owning pipeline generation and qualifying decision-makers. Strong phone skills, with confidence handling objections and booking meetings by call. Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment. Motivation to grow into a full-cycle Account Sales role within 9–12 months.
