Job Description We’re looking for a driven and organised Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role you will generate net‑new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting while supporting Field Sales Representatives with administrative and pipeline activities. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within defined target markets through high‑volume cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ challenges, business needs, and fit with our solutions. Book qualified first‑meeting appointments and demos for Field Sales Representatives, ensuring a smooth hand‑off. Maintain accurate, detailed records of all prospecting and qualification activities in Salesforce. Assist Field Sales Representatives with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including opportunity stage updates and CRM data integrity. Prepare and format professional sales proposals, quotes, and contract documentation in collaboration with Legal and Finance. Generate regular pipeline reports to help Field Reps track progress, identify bottlenecks, and forecast sales. Support the creation of sales presentations, case studies, and other collateral. Qualifications Demonstrable experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development role focused on outbound prospecting. Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette. Bilingual in Spanish and English. High proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. A self‑starter with a strong work ethic, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment. Desired Attributes Experience supporting a Field Sales team or managing an administrative sales process. Familiarity with marketing and sales engagement platforms.
