Objetivo del puesto: Responsable de buscar y atraer a potenciales clientes a nivel nacional e internacional para el equipo comercial de SE LATAM, a fin de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante la calificación asertiva de leads. Principales responsabilidades: Buscar activa y proactivamente nuevas oportunidades de venta vía outbound y/o inbound. Generar y actualizar listas de clientes potenciales para prospectar. Precalificar una nueva oportunidad basado en el conocimiento de los beneficios clave de las soluciones y componentes de SE Suite. Contactar a los clientes potenciales de acuerdo con su vertical o industria, a fin de coordinar y agendar reuniones comerciales, verificando previamente que no exista alguna relación comercial vigente con aliados. Llevar a cabo una encuesta de primer contacto a fin de obtener información valiosa sobre las necesidades actuales del cliente, y así determinar qué soluciones de la empresa pueden agregarle valor. Garantizar que los leads enviados al equipo comercial se encuentren alineados a la propuesta de valor que ofrece la empresa. Cumplir con las metas y KPI´s establecidos, incluyendo el número y valor de oportunidades de venta creadas y aceptadas. Relaciones clave: Internas: Sales Development Manager, Channel Sales Executive, Sales Representatives. Externas: Clientes Escolaridad: Carrera Técnica en área Económica-Administrativa y/o Comercial (pasante o titulado). Experiencia: Candidato externo: mínima de 1 año en cargos similares, preferentemente en la industria de Software - TI. Conocimientos técnicos deseables: Bitrix u otro CRM (deseable, no excluyente). Estrategias de prospección (nivel intermedio). Adaptabilidad, Comunicación asertiva, Ética, Iniciativa, Orientación a resultados, Respeto, Responsabilidad, Trabajo en equipo.
