We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our growing staff. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients and medical facilities that focus on providing a professional and empathic patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all patients or medical staff, including greeting them warmly and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and service expertise.
  3. Promote and enhance the company’s reputation by providing professional and effective assistance.
  4. Effectively communicate (verbally and written) information to team members and the clinical offices.
  5. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  6. Provide feedback on customer service trends and suggest improvements.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability and drive to meet company goals.
  4. Strong computer and internet proficiency.
  5. More than 6 months of BPO experience.
  6. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional chat handling skills.
