Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at OfficePartners360. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and medical facilities, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective responses to patient inquiries, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and service expertise.
  2. Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and professional image.
  3. Effectively communicate with team members and clinical offices, ensuring seamless collaboration and resolution of customer complaints.
  4. Identify and suggest improvements to customer service trends, contributing to the enhancement of the company's reputation.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the growth and success of our team.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and medical staff.
  3. Strong computer and internet proficiency, with the ability to navigate various software systems.
  4. At least 6 months of BPO experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle complex customer interactions.
