Job Title: Trilingual Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support representative to join our team at Movate Technologies Services Limited. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and coordinate customer responses, ensuring seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency with B2/B2+ level.
  • 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Portuguese language proficiency with B2/B2+ level.
