En la División de Consumo Masivo (CPD), manejamos más de 10 marcas de la categoría de belleza en 11 países de manera directa y a través de distribuidor en diferentes canales: moderno, deep trade, farmacias, kioskos, DTD, etc.
Ahora estamos buscando al próximo Revenue Growth Management Specialist para hacer parte del equipo y que nos ayude a optimizar cada peso invertido en nuestro negocio.
**Tus principales funciones serán**
- Responsable de analizar e identificar oportunidades, planear y recomendar estrategias en temas de precio y promoción.
- Responsable de garantizar el entendimiento y la estrategia de RGM a lo largo de la organización
- Desarrollar e Implementar herramientas y/o análisis de RGM que se requieran para el desarrollo de las estrategias de diversas áreas (Marketing, Ventas, Finanzas).
- Desarrollar análisis de elasticidad de precio y promoción, generando un entendimiento profundo que permita asegurar nuestra competitividad en el mercado y la rentabilidad del negocio.
**Cumples los requisitos**
- Profesional en carreras administrativas, ingeniería industrial, mercadeo u otras afines
- Paquete Microsoft Office (Excel Intermedio - Avanzado)
- Power BI
- Construcción y gestión de bases de datos
- Inglés
- Más de 2 años de experiência en roles afines
