Your mission will be to support the design of innovative marketing strategies that both attract new clients and support the growth of our existing client base. By leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing and business development, you’ll help us expand our market reach, increase revenue, and solidify our position as a leader in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Conceive and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and increased revenue.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to support lead generation and sales efforts.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for growth. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and targeted content that drives engagement and conversions.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics and progress towards goals.
- **Customer Insights**: Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs, behaviors and preferences. Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- **A/B Testing**: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- **Tool Management**: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Pay: From $750,000,000 per year
