SALES & KAM SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (Inside Sales)

Sería WOW tener los siguientes conocimientos:
- Profesional o estudiante de últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electricista o afines.
- Experiencia de mínimo 2 años en posiciones similares realizando soporte al área comercial o soporte técnico a clientes directos e indirectos.
- Persona con alto nivel de organización y ejecución, con habilidades de comunicación y orientación tanto al cliente interno como externo.
- Excel Intermedio - Avanzado.
- Conocimientos técnicos (deseable).
- Inglés B2 (deseable).
- Conocimientos en CRM y SAP (deseable).
Desafíos WOW:
- Participar en el desarrollo continuo y el mantenimiento de las relaciones con los clientes existentes en el canal de distribución.
- Crear y preparar reportes, estadísticas de venta, avances de resultados y presentaciones para los clientes del canal de distribución.
- Desarrollar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de los clientes.
- Planear y organizar distintas actividades de sell out y cooperar con la fuerza comercial y el equipo de producto.
- Preparar presentaciones para los clientes y realizar cotizaciones de proyectos en productos no tradicionales.
- Actualizar información de los clientes y proyectos especiales en el CRM.
- Brindar soporte a los proyectos especiales de aspiración, fregado y proyectos de barredoras o ultra presión, así como soporte técnico comercial a los distintos comerciales de los distribuidores e información de homologación en las licitaciones de los distribuidores.
- Apoyar la gestión de las demostraciones solicitadas por los comerciales y clientes.
- Soportar y hacer seguimiento al proceso de leads u oportunidades asignadas al canal de distribución.
- Hacer seguimiento al plan de incentivos u otros programas propuestos por el canal de distribución.
- Mantener estrecha comunicación con la fuerza comercial y asesores de los clientes del canal de distribución, así como con los clientes finales cuando aplique.
- Mantener comunicación constante con las áreas de soporte regional de producto y aplicaciones y dar respuesta oportuna a los clientes y asesores comerciales.
