Right now we are looking for our future Sales Support who will be located in our Bogota office.- Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Enter and manage sales and service orders in the SAP system.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and sales activities in the CRM to facilitate tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer requests and meet delivery deadlines.
- Support the sales team in CRM administration.
- Participate in team meetings and effectively communicate relevant information to all departments involved.
- Assist in resolving issues related to sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Analyze customer consumption patterns to identify upselling opportunities and additional sales strategies.

Your profile and qualifications:

- Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand the technical aspects of GEA’s products and services, as well as the food industry in general.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience and ability in closing sales and achieving business objectives. Capability to identify sales opportunities and turn them into successful business deals.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and potentially other languages relevant to the target market. Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of GEA’s products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering value-added solutions. Proficiency in managing customer expectations effectively and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Autonomy and Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently while efficiently managing time and tasks. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of sales activities and meet established deadlines.
- Customer Orientation: A client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. A proactive attitude to anticipate customer requirements and offer preventive and forward-thinking solutions.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to understand the bigger market picture and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Skill in identifying new market opportunities and adapting quickly to changes in the competitive landscape.
- Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying and effectively resolving challenges and obstacles during the sales and customer service process. Creativity in developing innovative solutions that meet customer needs and add value.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, including engineers, service technicians, and support staff, to ensure successful delivery of projects and services to customers.
- English Proficiency: Fluent.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and SAP (preferred).
