The Inside Sales Manager will be presented with opportunities for growth as we strive to expand our Inside Sales Team to deliver a cost effective and efficient sales model for our organization. We are seeking an individual who thrives on accountability and is eager to contribute their expertise to our mission. The position is based in Bogota, working on a hybrid model.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Lead Inside Sales representatives to achieve sales objectives, increase productivity and efficiency and take on leadership on different Diabetes LATAM regional initiatives
- Collaborate with local country leaders throughout LATAM to identify opportunities to increase new patient growth and improve retention
- Implement new methods and technologies to increase number of patients we impact
- Analyze customer data to implement programs that will keep them on our therapy. Focus on initiatives that will improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and decrease attrition
- Pilot new programs to increase patient identification and identify untapped opportunities within the region to maximize revenue impact
- Develop innovative promotions and pricing options to make therapy more accessible
- Develop relationships with different departments and stakeholders that can help maximize business impact

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or a related field
- At least 5-7+ years of relevant sales & leadership experience
- At least 3+ years of experience as a people leader
- Proven track record of managing profit and loss statement (P&L)
- Ability to achieve sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Cost management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong English and Portuguese verbal and written communication skills

Experience as a Sales Manager in a Medical Tech company is a plus
