Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at AgileEngine, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and expertise.
- Networking and Conferences: Attend industry events and conferences to expand our network and establish AgileEngine, LLC as a thought leader in the industry.
- Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- 1-4 years of sales or client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated and high energy with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation.
- VISA/ability to travel to the US.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zoho.
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry.
- Understanding of the overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US.
- Experience selling professional services in IT, including technical terminology, platforms, and tools.
- Experience developing SelfGen processes, strategy, and training.
