Job Summary:

Sutherland Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Brand Strategist to lead the development and management of our employer brand initiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for crafting the voice of Sutherland Talent Acquisition across multiple channels and liaising between regional Talent Attraction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global employer brand strategy that positions Sutherland as an employer of choice and distinguishes us in the market.
  • Lead a team of graphic designers and content creators to craft engaging content for social media, job ads, and other candidate engagement channels.
  • Monitor and review content metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition teams to execute the global employer brand strategy and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Develop and implement content and talent attraction strategies to improve our presence in the talent market and coordinate employer brand strategy initiatives with Talent Attraction leaders.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design and employer branding.
  • Background in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting operations with a thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to rise to a challenge and develop creative strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with a wide range of personalities and skill levels.
