Job Description:About the Role:

Hogarth, a Global Content Experience Company, is seeking a skilled Digital Brand Strategist to help clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of content experience. As a key member of our team, you will develop integrated and personalized brand strategies for clients, encompassing all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital media strategies, leveraging expertise in platforms, formats, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities and ensure relevance to the target audience.
  • Create strong creative briefs that inspire the creative team and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, account, and data analysis teams to translate client needs into actionable digital strategies.
  • Lead market research, competitor analysis, and data analysis to identify key insights driving strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and develop proposals to capitalize on opportunities for clients.
  • Develop concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Design and plan engaging content for various platforms, adapting tone and format to suit the audience.
  • Configure, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads, maximizing ROI.
  • Platform management: supervise and manage profiles on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in brand strategy, digital planning, ideally in an agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including social media advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio.
  • Experience in predictive analysis and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of agile working methodologies.
