Job Description

As a Key Account Manager - Brand Development at Ingepsy, you will lead and manage all incoming leads from channels like social media, our website, and emails, ensuring they are properly organized and entered into our CRM tool. You will engage with leads and work to convert them into orders. Your goal is to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience and products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming leads from various channels.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and request mockups from our art team.
  • Provide quotes and work closely with the art team to ensure customers receive creative, high-quality mockups and designs that meet their branding needs.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their long-term goals, and helping them place future orders.
  • Provide regular reports on customer leads, conversion rates, and overall performance to the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing accounts in industries like embroidery, screen printing, or related creative fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM tools like Go High Level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Creativity and the ability to work closely with the art team to ensure designs meet the client's vision.
  • Bonus if you have experience using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and managing Facebook and Instagram accounts.
