Cryptocurrency Exchange Support Specialist

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our users through ticketing systems and live chat. You will handle customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate Requirements: Previous customer service experience is not required, but it can be beneficial if the candidate has previous financial industry experience. A college degree or above is necessary.
- Languages: Trilingual speaker with native Spanish and advanced English skills. Knowledge of another language is preferred.
- Personal Qualities: High level of honesty and integrity, proactive and meticulous, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed expectations.
