Customer Support is extremely important for us and we hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. Support is via ticketing system and live chat and will include, but not limited to, customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform. Responsibilities: Key Tasks
Handle inbound calls, live chat, and other service methods. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests. Manage complaints by providing solutions and options within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution. Go the extra mile to engage customers.

About You
We are looking for someone with customer service experience or previous financial industry experience. A college degree or above is required. We prefer trilingual speakers with native Spanish, advanced English, and one more language. High level of honesty and integrity; proactive and meticulous; a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed beyond expectations. Passionate about the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts. Competitive salary and benefits make this role attractive to those passionate about the crypto industry. Estimated annual salary: $40,000 - $60,000.
