Job Responsibilities
The Customer Development Executive will be responsible for leading the development of our Indirect Trade channel strategy within the Cordoba-Sucre Zone. Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating commercial activations to drive organic and volume growth, SOM, margin & ASP objectives while maintaining trade spend management mandates.
- Influencing customers to grow sales, improve service, and identify customer service and logistics efficiencies by utilizing new techniques, tools, and information systems.
- Collecting pre- and post-analyses of customer and channel promotions, developing a library of performance history, and recommending adjustments to business plans based on results to drive improved return on investment in all types of trade spending.
- Monitoring competitive activity at store level, informing commercial team, identifying opportunities, and transferring them to the commercial team for the development of strategies that respond to competitive changes in the market.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 1 year of experience in the commercial area.
- Licenses and driving skills.
- Be open to travel (60%).
