About the Role

This position is designed to drive business success through data analysis, process optimization, and innovative thinking.

You will be responsible for providing expert support and training to sales teams, maintaining and optimizing sales systems, and leading process improvements.

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance sales team proficiency in using sales systems.
  2. Evaluate and enhance sales systems to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with IT service providers to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
  4. Apply data-driven insights to inform process improvements, driving business growth and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience in IT and sales, a strong understanding of sales processes and systems, and excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills.
