Regional Commercial Sales Leader

Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the building envelope market. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Planning and Execution:
- Establish sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Relationship Building:
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors;
- Foster partnerships to drive sales and growth;
- Product Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver product training programs;
- Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure effective use of Brock11 products;
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate sales performance and progress to senior management;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
