Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the building envelope market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Planning and Execution:
    • Establish sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them;
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Relationship Building:
    • Maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors;
    • Foster partnerships to drive sales and growth;
  • Product Training and Support:
    • Develop and deliver product training programs;
    • Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure effective use of Brock11 products;
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate sales performance and progress to senior management;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
