HR Services Coordinator

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Facilitate the employee documentation process and ensure adherence to local legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm receipt of essential documents to initiate the hiring process and maintain communication with new hires, collecting necessary personal documentation in line with local regulations. Oversee the registration in systems and ensure that the employment contract is duly signed as per legal requirements. Manage the signing of legal documents and company policies post-hire or whenever updates to labor documents are necessary throughout the employee's tenure. Handle Exit Management (administrating involuntary, voluntary, and retirement exits) by ensuring the preparation of the necessary document kit for signing and concluding the employment relationship in compliance with local laws. Oversee employment contracts, renewals, and contract annexes, ensuring accurate registration in the governmental system. Execute Document Management (organizing documents, contracts/letters, certificates, etc.) and ensure proper registration with local government systems. Prepare required documentation for potential legal claims, audits, or inspections (e.g., Ministry of Labor and Employment, Internal audits) to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies. Maintain updated personnel file information and HR database throughout the employee lifecycle. Update SAP records for medical licenses. Assist employees with issues related to legislation, company policies, and administrative requirements (such as work letters, embassy letters, etc.) to provide appropriate guidance or solutions. Manage all SAP action movements to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Support GBS HR operations as necessary to meet service level agreements.Key Relationships:

University degree or equivalent education required. Comprehensive theoretical understanding of the job function. Strong attention to detail. Highly organized. Excellent customer service skills.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or function.
