Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Renewable Energy business, you will be responsible for developing and executing new projects and accounts with EPC, stakeholders, developers, and other key players in the renewable market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level relationships and key decision-makers, to position TE Connectivity as a preferred supplier.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop customized connectivity solutions for large-scale solar installations, maximizing TE Connectivity products content.

Research and develop new ideas, technologies, and strategies to drive growth and stay ahead of the competition.

Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and supplier performance standards.

Prepare and review financial reports and business development strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.

5+ years of experience in solar and renewable energy, with a strong understanding of products and technologies for commercial or large-scale solar applications.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Strong customer service skills, with a focus on listening to customers and delivering exceptional results.

Experience managing project teams, both directly and through matrix organizations.

Strong knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures.

Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
