Senior Business Development Manager

CIBC, a leading Canadian-based global financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our Alternate Solutions Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business line leaders, functional leaders, and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral, including complex RFP documents, pitchbooks, and presentation decks.
- Manage and negotiate complex client agreements, including structuring and executing contracts.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Capital Markets or FinTech environment, with a proven track record of generating material revenue.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, including current market transactions and competitive environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with fluency in Portuguese or other languages a plus.
- Excellent analytical and intellectual capabilities, with the ability to draft comprehensive proposals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
