Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Colombia and Ecuador. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the Drives business.
Key Responsibilities- Anticipate and identify customers' needs and align them with the Drives portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources.
- Plan and execute product strategies according to market requirements.
- Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.
- Lead local pricing strategy and assure the division's profitability.
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Highly skilled in portfolio management and the electrical distribution market, specifically with variable speed drives for medium and low voltage.
- 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including sales, technical sales, or related functions.
- Enhanced knowledge of low and medium voltage drives and electrical distribution portfolios.
- Passionate about business strategy, market intelligence, customer experience success, and pricing excellence.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Availability to travel.
