Global Snapshot Client Liaison

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive client services that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Act as a key touch point for clients, ensuring excellent communication and transparency on issues, service enhancements, and technology updates.
  • Coordinate data orders and the production of Snapshot reports with the NielsenIQ local countries and production teams.
  • Work on process and service improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and flexibility within the global snapshot team.
  • Support clients and Business Development Managers in the correct escalation and resolution of day-to-day queries, new business opportunities, and technical requirements.
  • Attend client meetings to identify client needs versus production capabilities, agree on best compromises, and apply learnings and best practices for recurring deliveries.
  • Support the NielsenIQ global snapshot team in China, providing international queries assistance on local data availability, data orders, and data queries.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside the production team.
  • Ability to communicate and work with associates at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to build relationships across countries and cultures to establish a network.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills to track the status of Ad Hoc reports production and delivery.
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing deadlines and manage expectations appropriately.
  • Confidence to recognize when escalation is required to avoid late deliveries and client disappointment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
