We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to become a vital part of our People team. This role necessitates a solid grasp of human resources and office protocols, alongside outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide HR strategies.
  • Perform a comprehensive range of HR functions including onboarding, off-boarding, performance evaluations, and employee feedback sessions.
  • Formulate, implement, and uphold HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to local legal standards.
  • Guide newly recruited employees on HR policies and internal processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and office management matters (e.g., supplies, equipment, travel arrangements, benefits, etc.).
  • Revise and update office policies as needed.
  • Organize and co-manage in-house or off-site events (celebrations, team-building activities, etc.).
  • Maintain the office environment in accordance with IT company standards and proactively enhance the workplace atmosphere.
  • Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Collaborate effectively with external clients on HR-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration.
  • Familiarity with general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of various employment types in accordance with local laws.
  • Ability to work full-time and be present in the office 4 days a week.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and time management skills.
  • A curious and growth-oriented mindset.
  • A friendly demeanor and positive outlook.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
