Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Manage a comprehensive range of HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and employee engagement.
  • Formulate, implement, and uphold HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to local legal standards.
  • Guide new employees through HR policies and internal regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR and office management matters (e.g., supplies, equipment, travel arrangements, benefits, etc.).
  • Revise and update office policies as necessary.
  • Organize and co-manage in-house or off-site events (celebrations, team-building activities, etc.).
  • Ensure the office environment meets IT company standards and actively enhance the workplace atmosphere.
  • Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate effectively with external clients on HR-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar capacity.
  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration.
  • Familiarity with general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of various employment types as per local legislation.
  • Willingness to work full-time and be present in the office 4 days a week.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and time management skills.
  • A curious and growth-oriented mindset.
  • A friendly demeanor and positive outlook.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
