Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execute company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Perform a comprehensive range of HR functions including onboarding, off-boarding, performance evaluations, one-on-one meetings with staff, organizational development, employee engagement, health and safety, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Formulate, implement, and uphold HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to local legal requirements.
  • Guide newly hired personnel on HR policies, internal processes, and regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR and office management topics (e.g., supplies, equipment, travel arrangements, benefits, etc.).
  • Revise and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Organize and co-manage in-house or off-site events (celebrations, team-building activities, etc.).
  • Ensure the office environment meets IT company standards and proactively enhance the workplace atmosphere.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Collaborate effectively with external clients on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration.
  • Familiarity with general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of various employment types according to local legislation.
  • Ability to work full-time and be present in the office 4 days a week.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and time management skills.
  • A curious and learning-oriented mindset.
  • A friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
